Following on from the success of the 2024 Conference and growing engagement from our members, we’re aiming to welcome approximately 150 registrants and 50 presenters on site. Delegates from Reception – Year 12 from each of the three sectors (the Department for Education, Catholic Education SA and Independent Schools) are expected to attend including:

  • Science/ STEM teachers and coordinators
  • lab officers
  • classroom teachers
  • pre-service teachers.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are subject to the SASTA Cancellations Policy. Cancellations received after the closing date (14 March) will not be eligible for a refund.

Sponsorship

Each sponsor package will feature:

  • Choice of one of the following options:
    • Keynote presentation sponsor – including a 5 minute speaking spot (3 available)
    • Morning tea & lunch sponsor – sponsor logo included on all catering tables and displayed on screens in catering area (2 available)
    • Happy Hour sponsor – sponsor logo included on catering tables, 2 minute speaking spot and opportunityto host a game or activity for attendees (1 available)
    • Awards & Celebration sponsor – including a 5 minute speaking spot (SOLD)
  • Exhibition booth (2.5m x 1.5m) including signage, trestle table with cloth and chair - opportunities for larger and modified areas can be negotiated 
  • Choice of prominent exhibition booth location on floorplan
  • Access to all delegates at morning tea and lunch
  • Company logo and PowerPoint slide advertisement / video (no sound) to be displayed on screens in the Exhibition areas (provided by sponsor)
  • Your organisation’s logo on the SASTA website including a link to your website
  • Company name and logo listed in conference program
  • Company description and logo included in the Conference app
  • Company included in the ‘exhibitor passport’ in the Conference app, encouraging delegates to visit your display
  • Opportunity to donate and present a prize during the happy hour draw
  • Two complimentary exhibitor registrations to the conference including catering for morning tea, lunch and happy hour during the conference
  • Insert included in the electronic 'delegate satchel' - in line with sustainable practices, SASTA aims to reduce the amount of paper distributed at conferences. To this end, an email including your logo will be sent directly to all delegates that links to valuable resources from the conference – your catalogue, sample files or other electronic documents.

  • Exhibition booth (2.5m x 1.5m) including signage, trestle table with cloth and chair - opportunities for larger and modified areas can be negotiated 
  • Access to all delegates at morning tea and lunch
  • Your organisation’s logo on the SASTA website including a link to your website
  • Company name and logo listed in conference program
  • Company description and logo included in the Conference app
  • Company included in the ‘exhibitor passport’ in the Conference app, encouraging delegates to visit your display

Satchel Insert Only (electronic)

An electronic satchel insert is an excellent way to reach delegates by providing an opportunity for each delegate to sample your product or learn more about your service.

  • Electronic ‘inserts’ - in line with sustainable practices, SASTA aims to reduce the amount of paper distributed at conferences. To this end, an email including your logo will be sent directly to all delegates that links to valuable resources from the conference – your catalogue, sample files or other electronic documents.
