Applications Now Open for School Funding

The Credit Union SA School Impact Program is now accepting applications for 2025. This program provides funding to South Australian schools to support student wellbeing, facility upgrades, and educator development.

In 2024, over $115,000 was awarded to 30 schools, and Credit Union SA has committed to providing over $1 million in funding within the program’s first 10 years.

About the School Impact Program

Credit Union SA is committed to supporting the South Australian education community. This program enables schools to improve student learning experiences and facilities without the need for extensive fundraising efforts, benefiting the entire school community.

Who Can Apply?

• Applications must be submitted by the school leadership team.
• Applications from parents, governing councils, committees, or teachers cannot be accepted.
• Each school may submit one application per year.

Eligible Projects

Funding must be used for initiatives that support students and staff, such as:

• School facility development, upgrades, or services.
• Student wellbeing experiences, resources, or training.
• Educator wellbeing, training, or development programs.

Key Dates for 2025

• Applications Open: 8:30 am, Tuesday 28 January 2025
• Applications Close: 5:30 pm, Friday 4 July 2025
• Judging Commences: Week 2, Term 3
• Successful Schools Notified: Week 5, Term 3
• Funding Distributed: Term 3

The application process takes approximately 15 minutes, requiring basic information about the school, students, and proposed project.
